FARMINGTON, MO (Show Me Live) — The Farmington Parks and Recreation Department is set to reopen the Bud Norman Memorial Sports Complex on Thursday, April 24th with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 4:30 pm.

The complex, located at 1100 Sainte Genevieve Avenue in Farmington, was closed in October 2024 when renovations began. The renovations included a
new concession stand, bathrooms, signage, backstops, fencing, dugouts and equipment.

“We are excited to welcome the community back to the Bud Norman Sports Complex,” states Farmington Parks and Recreation Director, Lainie Gault. “The renovations to the facility are going to make for a great experience for players and fans.”

The facility is open to the public from dawn until 11 pm daily, when games and practices are not scheduled. The first scheduled event at the complex is the 7
In the Spring USSSA Fastpitch Tournament beginning on April 25th. This event is open to the public and spectators are welcome to attend.
