FARMINGTON, MO (Show Me Live) – St. Francois County Sheriff Jeff Crites is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 41-year-old Jesse Ray Rector, who is a fugitive, per law enforcement. Rector currently has warrants for Sex Offender Physically Present/Loiter Within 500 Feet of Park w/Playground/Pool/Museum and Driving While Revoked/Suspended both are class E felonies.
Rector has ties to several locations, including Park Hills and Ste. Genevieve, Missouri.
